In this role you will architect and evolve the operational data perimeter for Energy Trading, building scalable, cloud-native data solutions. You will lead a senior team to transform raw data into reliable insights using AWS-based data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven approaches. You’ll collaborate with traders, IT, and business stakeholders to shape data strategy, ensure quality, and deliver high-impact analytics. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong focus on data architecture, governance, and business impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead design and development of the Energy Trading data platform and operational data perimeter; mentor data engineers, analysts, and developers• Design and manage cloud-native data architectures using IaC for scalable, secure, cost-effective solutions• Build and optimize AWS-based data pipelines ensuring data quality, governance, lineage, security, and compliance• Develop data models, curated datasets, dashboards, and analytics supporting Trading, Risk, and Operations• Foster adoption of AI/ML for forecasting, automation, optimization,
