In this role you drive the development of next-generation solid-state protection and control products for AC and DC systems. You collaborate across disciplines to blend power electronics, embedded control, and system-level protection for scalable, reliable solutions. You’ll influence design, validation, and manufacturing readiness, contributing to Littelfuse’s mission of safe energy transfer and innovation. A key hook is shaping protection tech that powers industrial, transportation, and electronics markets at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Design and develop electrical circuits and subsystems for solid-state protection and control products• Perform schematic capture, simulation, component selection, stress analysis, and PCB design reviews• Collaborate with firmware engineers to define and implement system requirements• Support laboratory evaluation, troubleshooting, and validation testing of AC and DC protection systems• Participate in product qualification, reliability testing,
