As Site Manager you will lead on-site delivery of high-voltage substation and power infrastructure projects across Spain and nearby regions. You’ll act as the on-site Hitachi Energy representative, coordinating subcontractors and driving safety, quality, and cost control to meet contractual goals. The role offers exposure to GIS technologies and specialist training within a global leader in the energy transition. You will work closely with project teams to ensure safe, timely, and standards-driven project handover. This is a hands-on, execution-focused opportunity to shape critical energy infrastructure.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Coordinate day-to-day site activities across projects• Act as primary on-site Hitachi Energy representative ensuring safe, efficient delivery per contract• Manage and supervise subcontractors including electrical and commissioning teams• Verify completed works against specifications and quality requirements• Monitor progress, identify risks/delays, and issue early warnings to Project Manager• Support financial performance through ETC forecasting, cost monitoring,
