As a Platform Engineer at adidas, you own and evolve the platform capabilities that power application teams, accelerating velocity and time-to-market while ensuring secure, scalable services. You work across design, development, and operations, shaping the platform roadmap and improving reliability, latency, and cost. You collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and mentor colleagues. This role offers hands-on impact in a globally recognized, innovation-driven brand.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Take end-to-end ownership of platform epics and initiatives from requirements to design, implementation and operation• Design, code, test, document, and refactor complex software following engineering standards• Propose, own and implement improvements for monitoring, stability, reliability, and operability• Build and operate the platform with defined SLAs/SLOs, reduce incidents and toil,
