YOU ARE You are part of the team advising clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You help define enterprise industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy develop value cases and roadmaps shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy embed Responsible AI and lead tech-driven transformations. You translating complex data into actionable insights engaging senior client stakeholders leading workstreams and large-scale delivery and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

THE WORK - Be part of the team to help - Shape vision and create opportunities for data AI led business reinvention.

- Define and structure an organizations data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth competitive advantages.
- Assess maturity of an organizations AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization including technology and AI platform blueprint data strategy and future-ready operating model.




- Create the business case investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Identify people processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

EDUCATION Bachelors degree or equivalent BASIC (REQUIRED) QUALIFICATION - Experience with AI data strategy - Engineering problem-solver mindset - ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems - Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills - Driven and entrepreneurial ability to help originate and shape new deals and go-to-market activities - Excellent leadership and people and relationship building skills - Applicants must be fluent in German both written and spoken PREFERRED QUALIFICATION MBA/Masters
