The Role

We are looking for an ERP Functional Support Specialist – Finance (Business Central) to support Finance users across a growing international organisation.

The role focuses on functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, primarily across Finance processes including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and taxes.

This is a functional rather than technical role. The successful candidate should first understand the business need and look for the right process, standard functionality or configuration before proposing technical solutions.

You will support an expanding multi-country Business Central environment, with a rollout planned across 50+ countries,



and will have the opportunity to grow over time into a broader Functional Analyst role.

What You’ll Do

- Provide L1/L2 functional support to Business Central Finance users.
- Analyse user questions and incidents and identify whether issues relate to process, data, setup or system functionality.
- Guide users towards the correct use of Business Central and standard Finance processes.
- Support Finance areas including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and taxes.
- Take ownership of support requests through resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Document solutions and contribute to self-service materials, knowledge bases, training documentation and support automation.
- Support user onboarding and training.
- Work with functional consultants and technical teams when deeper analysis or system changes are required.
- Support the continued rollout and adoption of Business Central across multiple countries.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and user experience.

Who You Are

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Around 2 years of relevant ERP, application support or functional consulting experience.
- Previous functional ERP support experience required.



Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of business processes; knowledge of Finance and accounting processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and confidence working directly with end users.
- Ability to explain system functionality clearly and practically.
- English C1 or above is mandatory.
- Spanish is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment.
- Strong willingness to learn, take ownership and grow into broader functional responsibilities.
