- Bachelor in Life Sciences or related field
- 7+ years of clinical research experience with significant global or multi-regional trial leadership in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology setting
- Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH global studies preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and managing study delivery (timelines, budgets, quality, risks)
- Ability to build trusted sponsor relationships and manage senior stakeholders globally
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
