Experteer Overview You will lead engine development from concept to production, aligning with new regulations and platform needs. The role sits in the Technology department and works within a global, collaborative team to meet quality, cost, delivery and performance goals. You’ll drive design, software/calibration validation, and manufacturing industrialization, while coordinating diverse experts and managing risks. - Lead engine development from Start of Project to Start of Production to meet milestones and QCDP objectives
- Oversee design, development and validation of engine hardware, software and calibrations, including manufacturing industrialization and performance metrics




- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure activities meet milestones and QCDP targets
- Identify and mitigate project development risksResponsabilidades
- 10+ years experience in powertrain tuning and powertrain software/system
- Experience in engine software/calibration and design
- Master in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- Strong project and multidisciplinary team management skills
- Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX and presenting decision-making reports
- Knowledge of automotive sector and Horse Powertrain ambitions
