Experteer Overview In this role you support start-up contracting for selected sponsors and studies, ensuring timely, compliant execution. You work across cross-functional teams to prepare proposals, maintain contract templates, and provide operational contracting support for clinical trials. You will help gather and interpret contracting data to drive efficiency and reporting. - Develop investigator grant estimates and proposal text to support proposals
- Maintain and apply contract and budget templates, systems, and training materials per project plan
- Coordinate with sponsors, RSU regions, and stakeholders to deliver project scope
- Provide operational and financial contracting support to enable study initiation and regulatory compliance
- Assist in creating/reviewing core scientific, technical and administrative documentation
- Contribute to contracting intelligence collection and dissemination for assigned studies
- Ensure contracting efficiency, timelines, and financial goals; report irregularities

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare
- +6 years relevant experience including contract negotiation
- Experience in sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting
- Strong negotiating and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- Strong technical writing skills
- Understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, SOPs, and corporate standards
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications
- Ability to interpret pricing models and prepare proposals, bid grids, budgets
