Experteer Overview
In this role you direct cloud services delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring SAS solutions meet evolving business goals. You’ll partner with product, Ru0026amp;D, support, and professional services to shape the SAS Cloud Customer Experience and maximize customer value. You will own customer success plans, manage SLAs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive outcomes. The position offers hands-on work with cutting‑edge cloud technologies and a chance to influence service quality and profitability. This role suits a customer‑facing, impact‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, integral environment.

• Champion customer experience and provide real-time management for assigned enterprise accounts
• Build Customer Success Plans quantifying business benefits and connect cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with sales and Customer Success to win new business, drive renewals, and expand SAS usage
• Own SLA governance and handle critical situations, with regular health checkpoints
• Manage a complex, potentially global portfolio of solutions and services




• Escalate urgent issues, apply ITIL processes, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee budgets, performance, hosting capacity, and advise on changes to maintain application performance
• Ensure security policies support secure software development goals

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in service account management, customer success management, project management, consulting, or related roles
• Experience in at least one vertical market (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience presenting to end users
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Aptitude to learn technical concepts and environments
• Ability to influence and coordinate across organizational boundaries
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification(s) preferred but not required
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
• Proof of right to work in the work location
