What you’ll do... We are looking for an F&B; operational intern to be part of the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head of F&B;, you’ll be serving to our guests our delicious dishes and creative cocktails as well as thinking of new ways to improve our service and surprise our guests.

- Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation.

- Approach guest and collect information needed to assist with seat arrangements.

- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.

- To serve food and beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.

- To be knowledgeable about products available.

- Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.

Qualifications





What we are looking for...
- Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor´s or master´s program in Hospitality, or a related field.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
- You make people feel good - your team, guests, and colleagues alike. You make a positive impact.

- You are an excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together.

- You take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
