In this role, you own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions within Revolut’s Product team. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful NLP and AI features that scale across our platform. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to build AI assistants and automation capabilities, guiding projects from conception to deployment. You drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment and align your work with company goals. This is a senior, impactful position at a fast-growing fintech that values diverse talent and inclusive collaboration.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in developing and launching AI products/features from scratch
• Strong analytical and technical acumen with solid business sense
• Experience in a data science or machine learning role
• Experience leading ML projects from design through iteration
• Proficient in Python, SQL or similar languages
• Hands-on with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
• Knowledge of version control, model deployment, and developer environments
• Strong mathematical and statistical foundation
• Entrepreneurial drive to continuously improve and scale
