Full‑Stack Marketing Technologist (Web + Creative + MarTech)

We’re looking for a full‑stack digital creator who can bridge web development, creative production, and marketing technology . If you thrive at the intersection of UX, automation, and brand execution , this role will feel like home.

? What You’ll Own

- End‑to‑end website development (landing pages, microsites, funnels) using modern frameworks
- HTML5, CSS3, JS/TS, responsive architecture, CMS management (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify), API integrations.
- Creative asset production for social and paid media
- Brand‑aligned visuals, motion graphics, templates, and platform‑native formats (IG Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Marketing tech implementation
- Tracking architecture, pixel deployment, event mapping, CRM workflows, automation flows, attribution setup, and analytics dashboards.
- Conversion‑driven experimentation
- A/B testing, CRO, UX optimisation, heatmaps, funnel diagnostics, and performance reporting.

? Your Technical Toolkit





- Strong command of front‑end development and modern no‑code/low‑code ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Figma , Adobe CC , or equivalent creative suites.
- Hands‑on experience with MarTech stacks :
- Klaviyo, HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager, Zapier/Make, CRM integrations, UTM governance.
- Understanding of data flows , tagging structures , and multi‑channel attribution .
- Ability to translate brand strategy into high‑performing digital experiences .

? Who You Are

- A hybrid profile: part developer, part creative, part marketing engineer.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
- Obsessed with clean UX, fast load times, and pixel‑perfect execution.
- Comfortable owning both technical implementation and visual output .
- Curious, autonomous, and able to ship fast without sacrificing quality.

? Location Remote-friendly, London/Barcelona/Madrid preferred.
