We are looking for a Fund Groups Intern with a strong interest in investment funds, client service, and fund distribution. The successful candidate will join the Fund Groups department, supporting account managers in fund onboarding and migration processes while gaining valuable exposure to the asset management and fund distribution industry.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge of investment fund operations, client relationship management, and coordination with management companies in an international WealthTech environment.

What will you do?

- Support Account Managers throughout fund migration processes initiated by clients.
- Monitor and review fund requests received from clients on a daily basis.
- Actively assist Key Account Managers in coordinating the onboarding of requested funds.
- Ensure the timely incorporation of funds into the platform.
- Request and follow up on corporate documentation from asset management companies.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the quality and efficiency of operational processes.




- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth fund onboarding activities.

About you

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Financial Markets, or a related field .
- English level C1 (written and spoken).
- Strong interest in investment funds and the asset management industry.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
