As we continue developing our Rotterdam operations, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to strengthen and further develop our supply chain capabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and coordinate Rebain Benelux B.V.’s logistics operations from Rotterdam.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the planning, execution, and follow-up of international shipments, ensuring efficient coordination between suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams.

This role combines daily operational management with continuous improvement initiatives. The Logistics Manager will contribute to optimising logistics flows, improving visibility across the supply chain,



and supporting the growth of Rebain’s international activities.

Working closely with commercial, procurement, finance, and management teams, this position will play a key role in building efficient and scalable logistics processes within a growing international organisation.

Key Responsibilities Logistics Operations

- Lead and coordinate daily logistics activities from the Rotterdam office
- Plan, execute, and monitor international shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport companies, suppliers, warehouses, and customers
- Manage transport documentation and international shipping requirements
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

Supply Chain Development

- Optimise transport flows, routing, and logistics costs
- Improve visibility across inbound and outbound supply chains
- Monitor inventory movements and support efficient stock management
- Analyse logistics performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of ERP and logistics systems

Team & Process Management

- Coordinate logistics activities and establish operational priorities




- Improve processes and workflows to support business growth
- Collaborate with commercial, procurement, finance, and management teams
- Support the development of Rebain Benelux’s operational structure

Requirements

- Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or international transport
- Strong knowledge of European and international logistics processes
- Experience coordinating freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, and external partners
- Understanding of import/export procedures and transport documentation
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment
- Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multicultural teams
- Fluent English required; Dutch and/or additional languages are highly valued
- Background in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or related fields
