- Drive Preventive Culture: Lead the Engagement Board and foster Cultural Behaviors.
- Partner with all departments to prevent accidents and lead investigation processes.
- Operational Excellence: Execute H&S; actions, manage PRL campaigns, and coordinate emergency teams.
- Compliance & Auditing: Manage Integrated Systems (ISO 14001, 45001…), conduct risk assessments, and plan audits.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Oversee the SHE budget and provide monthly performance reporting to the group.
