- Frame problems and translate them into decision-ready insights
- Facilitate structured requirements gathering using workshops and AI-assisted methods
- Create clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Map current and future state business processes (BPMN, swimlanes)
- Identify inefficiencies and risks and guide optimization
- Design user-centered solutions with wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with UX/UI, product teams, and engineers

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, global, technology-driven environments
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and management skills
- Track record of creating business process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-based delivery
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams
- Exposure to AI-powered tools for analysis, documentation, or workflow optimization (desirable)
