Experteer Overview In this role you will embed AI capabilities across the software development lifecycle to boost engineering productivity, delivery quality, and automation for the Acquisition u0026amp; Retention domain at zooplus. You will build intelligent developer workflows using MCP, context engineering, LLM orchestration, and AI-driven tooling. You collaborate with engineering, platform, and product teams to scale AI adoption and deliver high-value GenAI use cases. This is a hands-on position at a multinational, hybrid-enabled company focused on transforming engineering with AI. You’ll work on impactful AI accelerators and tooling that shape how engineers build and deploy software.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design and implement AI-driven SDLC accelerators (code generation, review automation, smart testing, documentation support)
- Develop MCP-based extensions and context-aware tools to streamline developer workflows
- Apply context engineering to improve LLM reasoning, accuracy, and relevance




- Build LLM-integrated CI/CD workflows for PR analysis, test automation, and deployment support
- Collaborate with engineering, platform, and product teams to identify and scale AI adoption opportunitiesResponsabilidades
- Tech-agnostic mindset with strong programming in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Kotlin (or broad working knowledge across these)
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into engineering or product workflows
- Good understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
