Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead strategic, global clinical trials from start-up to close-out, partnering with sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, compliant studies. You will oversee multi-regional programs focused on renal, obesity and/or MASH, shaping study design, risk management and execution. You’ll work within Global Study Leadership to drive operational excellence and sponsor value, leveraging AI-enabled insights to accelerate patient access to therapies. This is a high-impact, leadership-focused opportunity at a top CRO/pharma partner.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or related scientific discipline
• 7+ years of clinical research experience with significant global/multi-regional trial management
• Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH general trials preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing study delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior sponsor relationships in a global setting
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Passion for advancing clinical research and patient outcomes
