Your main purpose Provide support to Senior Design Director, focusing on supervision of design process prepared by outsourced Architecture and Design studios for the new projects of the Group; support Senior Design Director by supervising design processes for new Group projects executed by external Architecture and Design studios.

Designing, planning, developing, and conceptualizing interior design ideas for in-house design projects; conceive, plan, and develop innovative interior design concepts for in-house projects.

Ability to turn these ideas into creative and outstanding Concepts; transform these concepts into creative and exceptional designs.

Developing visual and technical documentation which may include mood boards, hand sketching, cad drawings, photoshop, 3D modelling for initial ideas, in collaboration with the design team; create visual and technical documentation, including mood boards, sketches, CAD drawings, Photoshop work, and 3D models, collaborating with the design team.





Support the Design Department in the creation of the new Group Design Guidelines to be used by external and in-house teams in all future projects; assist in formulating Group Design Guidelines for application in future projects by internal and external teams

Researching and creating FF&E; designs & presentations including bespoke furniture designs; technical detailing of bespoke elements, in coordination with the specifications team; carrying out site visits to oversee construction progress; managing time and workload of own work efforts and those of others in the team to meet projects task deadlines and commitments.

What will you bring? Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture; 5+ years as Senior Interior designer in Hospitality and F&B; projects; full understanding of project processes from concept, design development through to site implementation.

Strong attention to detail; collaborative and professional work ethic; strong interpersonal skills and verbal, listening and writing skills; must be an organized team player.

Full professional proficiency in English (Interview will be held in English); international experience on similar scale projects will be a plus.

Must be used to work at a very fast phase, prioritizing time and resources.

Proficient in current industry standard computer skills: Autocad; Revit; Photoshop; InDesign; Microsoft Office.

3D skills will be a plus (Revit, 3D Max, Sketchup, Rhino, Lumion).
