KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and material schemes for residential and hospitality projects, aligned with client briefs and architectural intent.
- Prepare detailed FF&E; specifications, schedules, and budgets—selecting furniture, lighting, textiles, sanitary ware, art, and accessories from international manufacturers and artisan studios.
- Create presentation-quality mood boards, material sample boards, and 3D visualizations for client approvals.
- Coordinate with the procurement team on supplier sourcing, sample management, lead times, and logistics for each project.
- Request quotes, compare pricing, confirm technical specifications, and coordinate approvals before orders are placed.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and developers, and conduct site visits during installation, snagging, and handover.
- Prepare client quotations and pricing proposals, and present design concepts in sales meetings to convert concepts into confirmed orders.
- Track order status from quotation through production, shipping, delivery, and final handover; maintain FF&E; schedules,
budget trackers, and procurement logs.
- Research emerging trends, materials, and brands in luxury interiors, and contribute case study documentation to the company portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, furniture construction, and supplier ecosystems.
- Proficiency in design and modeling software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and similar tools.
- Strong grasp of FF&E; procurement—vendor communication, purchase orders, lead times, logistics, and installation coordination.
- Ability to read architectural plans, interior elevations, schedules, and technical product documentation.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Professional fluency in English; Spanish is highly valued. Additional languages are a plus.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors.
- A startup mentality: initiative, flexibility, multitasking, and a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A design-driven role with real influence over how luxury spaces come to life, across private villas, branded residences, boutique hotels, and commercial interiors.
- On-site work in Marbella with opportunities for international projects and travel, in a collaborative, founder-led environment where initiative and creativity are rewarded.
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
