What you will do:

Support transaction management activities across energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, confirmations and settlement
Manage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution
Monitor and improve operational processes, internal controls, and quality standards across Transaction Management activities
Contribute to IT and process improvement projects, including system enhancements, new market integrations, and operational optimization initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards,



and internal control processes across trading operations

What you bring & who you are:

Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field
Experience in energy trading operations, transaction management, or back-office activities within the energy sector
Strong understanding of energy (Power, Gas, LNG, Environmental certificates) and financial markets, trading products, settlements, and operational risk management
Confident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally, you also speak additional European languages
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and process optimization skills
Good IT skills, ideally with experience working with ETRM (Endur) and ERP (SAP) systems.
