The Field Technical Manager, Harvesting, is responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction among AGCO product owners by providing hands-on technical support to the dealer network and supporting service development activities. This role acts as a key link between dealers, sales, and internal support functions, ensuring efficient issue resolution and strong product understanding.
The position combines field-based and remote technical support, enabling effective problem diagnosis, escalation, and resolution. In addition, the role supports AGCO brands from a technical perspective, contributing to customer acquisition, retention, and market share growth.
A key focus of the role is to drive a proactive support model by strengthening dealer capability, promoting knowledge sharing,
and ensuring high-quality technical service delivery across all AGCO products.
Your Impact:
- Technical Support & Field Operations Provide technical support to dealers (on-site, by phone, THD, TechConnect) in the assigned area, including FUSE and digital products
Diagnose, analyse, and resolve technical issues, including applying parameters and specifications where required
- Customer Satisfaction & Issue Management Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by resolving technical and product performance issues. Support customer loyalty activities, including dealer support during customer and complaint discussions (in cooperation with the dealer)
- Dealer Support & Capability Development Promote and ensure high service quality and repair independence within the dealer network
