Accountabilities:
- Own and maintain employment templates, policies, processes, and legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions to ensure scalable and compliant employment solutions.
- Monitor global employment legislation and regulatory developments, assess business impact, and lead implementation of necessary updates.
- Provide strategic legal advice across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, compensation, leave, performance management, employee relations, and terminations.
- Partner with Product, People, and cross-functional teams to design employment solutions that balance legal requirements, operational needs, and business objectives.
- Support the development and expansion of employment products, ensuring new features and services are legally sound and scalable.
