The Position
Main tasks:

1. Data Quality & Governance
- Audit & Validate: Regularly audit time-tracking records, CRM entries, and system databases (SalesForce, Monday.com) to ensure absolute data completeness and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for team members during reporting cycles to resolve data deviations, clarify doubts, and reinforce data-reporting best practices.
- Insights & Reporting: Identify trends, recurring issues, or data gaps; propose corrective actions and generate regular data quality summaries for leadership.

2. Project Management Support
- Project Tracking & Delivery:



Assist project managers in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
- Meeting Coordination & Documentation: Facilitate project rituals (kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives), document key decisions/meeting minutes, and diligently follow up on action items with team members.
- Data-Driven PMO Support: Bridge resource allocation data (time-tracking) to help PMs monitor efficiency, capacity, and maintain updated project dashboards/repositories.

3. Training & Business Administration
- Operational Support: Coordinate logistics for corporate travel, workshops, seminars, and events, facilitating seamless collaboration between internal teams and external parties while managing related content on internal sites.
