Responsibilities
- Research and keep track of new developments across the Costa del Sol
- Review new properties entering the market and support the selection of the ones we present to clients
- Manage and update our CRM with leads and property data
- Follow up on incoming leads by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Support the search and selection of properties for active client mandates
- Help organize and coordinate the viewing schedule
- Support during property viewings as capability develops
- Assist in preparing property dossiers for clients
- Viewings with clients if we see potential
What we're looking for
- Fluent English required -Spanish is a plus
- Genuine interest in luxury real estate
Compensation
€500/month plus Social Security registration. A bonus may be given if the intern contributes to closing a sale, at the company's discretion.
