About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader to lead and manage aircraft disassembly projects, ensuring customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary project teams, driving operational excellence, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service across all aircraft disassembly activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage aircraft disassembly projects from start to completion including cutting.
- Supervise Technical Team Members, Loggers, and Packers to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure all customer commitments are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.




- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Interpret and apply AMMs and IPCs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Support KPI delivery across safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Liaise with customers, Global Planning & Control (GPC), and operational stakeholders.
