You bring technical know-how, business acumen, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.Must-HavesMinimum 3 yearsof experience with Service Now (or equivalent ITSM platforms)Strong understanding ofService Management principles (ITIL framework)Proven experience inprocess and workflow modellingwithin Service NowFamiliar with technologies like Jelly, Angular JS, Bootstrap, React, AJAX, HTML/CSS, XMLExperience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrationsKnowledge of relational databases (e.G., My SQL)Hands-on experience with agile development methods and SDLC processesPractical exposure toCI/CD & Dev Ops environmentsComfortable navigatingcloud infrastructure technologiessuch as AzureExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProactive attitude, customer-first mindset, and problem-solving confidenceNice-to-HavesExperience with CSDM, CMDB CSM modulesExperience designing or managingautomated, bi-directional system integrationsFluency in additional languages (German or Spanish would be a plus)
