To support its continued growth and strengthen its dealer network, the company is looking for a professional who will be responsible for managing and developing part of the dealer network in Spain, collaborating with partners to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.Responsibilities- Support and develop the dealer network in Spain,



with a focus on network profitability.- Drive commercial performance and business growth.- Implement commercial and brand standards across the entire network.- Act as the main liaison between dealers and the European headquarters.- Monitor market opportunities and competitor activity.- Contribute to the company/'s long-term success in Spain.Requirements- Minimum of one year experience in the automotive industry.- Experience working with dealer networks, sales, business development, or regional operations.- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.- Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English.- Knowledge of another European language (French, Italian, German, Portuguese, or similar) will be highly valued.Salary and BenefitsBetween €27,000 and €32,000 gross annual salary + performance-based bonus.Adaptable and hybrid working arrangements.Fast-growing company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
