We are seeking an

Assistant Site Manager

to join our construction team in

Estepona (Costa del Sol) . In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure project deadlines, strict quality standards, and smooth daily operations on-site. Candidates who do not currently reside in Estepona but are willing to relocate to the area are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Organization:

Assist in planning and organizing daily construction site activities to ensure accurate and timely execution. Quality Supervision:

Supervise and coordinate specific site adjustments or interventions to guarantee final building quality standards. Incident Management:

Identify operational incidents during project development and propose practical, sustainable solutions.



Reporting & Communication:

Regularly communicate project progress, incidents, and improvement proposals to the Site Manager and key stakeholders. Continuous Improvement:

Promote efficiency across execution processes to ensure maximum satisfaction for all involved parties. Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Technical Degree in Architecture (Arquitectura Técnica), Building Engineering, or similar relevant field. Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar assistant or site management role within the construction sector. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software and construction planning tools. Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, team coordination, and communication skills. Problem Solving:

Proven ability to work under pressure, manage site incidents, and implement effective solutions. Profile:
