About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join a fast-growing sales team in a

pure outbound role .

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in proactive, target-driven environments and has a proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach.

You will be fully focused on outbound prospecting — prior experience in similar outbound-heavy roles is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach)

Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the Idóneo Customer Profile (ICP)

Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline

Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives





Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality

Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and activity tracking (Salesforce)

Contribute to ongoing sales strategy and team performance improvements

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in

outbound sales development

(cold calling, cold email, social selling)

Background in

outbound-first environments

(not inbound-heavy SDR roles)

Strong hunter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability

Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving scale-up environments

Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach (or similar)

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Fluency in

Spanish, English

(minimum one required)

Strong results orientation with a consistent track record of hitting targets

Nice to Have

Experience in

B2B SaaS environments

Exposure to RevOps principles

Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Lusha or similar platforms
