- Own QA resourcing to ensure coverage across feature development, releases and live operations
- Define and continuously improve QA standards, processes, tooling and automation
- Own and implement the quality strategy across gameplay, progression, economy, monetisation, live events and backend systems




- Maintain clear visibility of quality, test coverage, defects and risks, providing evidence-based release recommendations
- Ensure appropriate coverage across supported devices, operating systems, regions and network conditions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align quality goals, identify risks early and drive issues through to resolution
- Mentor and coach team members in quality-assistance principles and effective testing practices
