Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the Information Architecture efforts for Make/Quality within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, shaping AI-ready, trusted data assets and semantic models. You will partner across Data Governance, Data Operations, and technology teams to enable scalable, governed information assets that support analytics, automation, and AI. You will drive a coherent context layer linking metadata, business meaning, taxonomy, and ontology to improve data trust and business outcomes. This role offers strategic influence in designing data products and architectures that empower AI-enabled decision making across IMSC.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets for Make/Quality domains across master, transactional, and operational data
• Lead conceptual and logical information modelling to ensure consistent business meaning and reusable structures
• Define and apply IA principles and patterns for metadata, taxonomy, semantic modelling, ontology, and glossary
• Establish domain-level business semantics and naming conventions with clear ownership
• Support development of the AI-ready context layer by connecting metadata, business meaning, and knowledge structures
• Collaborate with Data Owners and process owners to ensure shared data meaning and reusable models
• Work with Data Governance to embed semantic definitions, metadata standards, and policies into the data asset lifecycle
• Partner with Data Operations and Ju0026J Technology to translate models into governed data assets within the IMSC data ecosystem
• Provide IA oversight for strategic initiatives and architecture reviews for data assets and AI readiness
• Contribute to the IMSC IA operating model, roles, responsibilities, and lifecycle processes
• Support metadata cataloguing,



business glossaries, lineage visibility, and data contracts to improve discoverability and trust
• Lead ontology and knowledge graph implementation to create a coherent context layer
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted metadata curation and semantic modelling through pilot initiatives
• Create guidance, playbooks, and examples to apply IA standards across domains
• Drive adoption of IA across IMSC by communicating value and educating stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated data environments
• Knowledge of FAIR, IDMP, ISO standards, data mesh, domain-driven design, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs
• Strong IA, data architecture, data modelling, or data management experience
• Understanding of FAIR data principles, metadata management, business glossary, taxonomy, and ontology concepts
• Experience designing end-to-end data products across data layers
• Understanding of AI-ready data, semantic consistency, metadata completeness, lineage, and governance
• Experience with data catalogues, metadata repositories, glossary, ontology tools, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, lakehouse platforms
• Familiarity with Alation, Databricks, Neo4j, TopBraid, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BDC, medallion architecture
• Ability to translate business needs into reusable information structures and domain models
• Experience in federated operating models and multi-year strategy/ transformation initiatives
• Strong ability to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence and deliver results across global ecosystems
• Experience creating standards, playbooks, templates, and adoption materials
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, data contracts, lineage, access controls
