Braun Management assists executive teams in European markets with resolving internal organizational friction and structural inefficiencies. We specialize in evidence-backed consulting that addresses underperformance and clarifies accountability within complex business systems.

The Junior Data Quality Analyst role is a foundational position within our data analysis team, created to support a high-stakes engagement for a leading European logistics provider. As this client scales their operations, the integrity of their internal reporting has become a source of organizational friction that prevents clear leadership. This role exists to ensure that the data informing executive decision rights is accurate, consistent, and useful.

Working in a fully remote capacity, you will help us move past inconsistent reporting to provide our clients with the structural truths they need to grow.

What You Will Do

- Perform routine audits on large datasets to identify inconsistencies or missing records that affect operational reporting for our logistics client.
- Document the logical flows and data definitions used by the client to ensure all departments are operating from the same set of facts.
- Identify common points of friction in data entry processes and suggest structural improvements to the data lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to translate raw data findings into clear, written summaries for client reports.
- Monitor data streams for errors or outliers that could lead to evidence-backed conclusions being misinterpreted by leadership.

- Maintain internal databases that track our findings across different workstreams to ensure long-term accountability.
- Support the cleanup of legacy records that currently hinder the client ability to automate certain administrative tasks.
- Verify the accuracy of translated data fields to ensure consistency across different regional reporting standards.

What We Are Looking For

- A strong interest in understanding how complex business systems and data structures interact within a corporate setting.
- Basic familiarity with data tools such as Excel or basic SQL, though a willingness to learn our specific methodologies is more important.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot small discrepancies in large volumes of information.
- Clear and precise writing skills, with a preference for direct communication over professional jargon.
- A disciplined approach to remote work, including the ability to manage your own schedule and meet project milestones.
- Curiosity about organizational behavior and how poor data quality can impact executive decision-making.
- An academic background or personal project experience that demonstrates a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort with receiving direct, constructive feedback on your analysis and written work.

How We Work

Braun Management operates as a fully remote team, which requires a high degree of clarity in all our internal communications. We do not rely on constant meetings or informal chats to get things done: instead, we prioritize written documentation and structured updates. This approach allows us to maintain precision and accountability regardless of where our team members are located.

Every member of the team is expected to contribute to our internal knowledge base, ensuring that our evidence-backed conclusions are always accessible and well-supported.

What We Offer

- A permanent, full-time contract with a focus on long-term professional growth and learning.
- Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry-level position in the European market.
- Fully remote work environment, providing flexibility and autonomy in how you structure your day.
- Access to experienced consultants who value mentorship and professional clarity.
- A working culture that respects deep work and minimizes unnecessary interruptions.
- Modern hardware and software tools necessary to perform your analysis effectively from your home office.

By maintaining the integrity of the data we use, this role provides the foundation for every structural recommendation we make to our clients. Your work directly enables leadership teams to resolve organizational friction and make informed choices about their future.

At Braun

Management, your analysis will become part of the written path forward that helps major European companies regain their operational clarity.
