As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Junior Hosted Buyer Specialist to join our Barcelona team.

THE ROLE



You will support the management and development of our Hosted Buyer Programme, helping us identify, recruit and coordinate qualified international buyers while ensuring an excellent experience before, during and after our events.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, identify, recruit and manage qualified international hosted buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with sports travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, federations and other relevant buyers.
- Manage and continuously grow our buyer database and CRM.
- Manage the event platform/app and matchmaking system, ensuring accurate information and a smooth user experience.
- Coordinate buyer travel, accommodation, schedules and event logistics.
- Support buyer communications and engagement campaigns.
- Work closely with our Sales,



Marketing and Event teams.
- Provide on-site support during our international events.
- Monitor satisfaction, collect feedback and contribute to post-event analysis and improvement strategies.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve research, communication, organization and day-to-day workflows.

What We’re Looking For

- Around 2 years of professional experience in tourism, hospitality, events, customer service or related fields, ideally within the sports, MICE or travel sectors.
- Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM systems, databases and event management platforms.
- Good command of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other productivity platforms.
- Interest in sports, travel and international events.
- Based in Barcelona and available to travel internationally for our events.
