Mission

Industrial engineer with up to 4 years of experience in implementing digital solutions in the industrial sector. Profile with knowledge of advanced technological tools for the industrial sector.

Functions and responsibilities:

1. Participate in the identification and conceptualization of technological needs in different areas of the plant, oriented towards project management with estimation of resources, time and cost.
2.



Collaborate in the planning of various technological initiatives in all aspects, identifying activities to be performed, resources to be utilized, timelines, and costs.
3. Assist in the execution and implementation of diverse technological solutions in the group's plants.
4. Collaborate in coordinating resources from different areas involved in projects: corporate IT, corporate technical department, plant IT, plant maintenance.
5. Identification of potential technology vendors (Market surveillance) and Maintain ongoing relationships with external project stakeholders such as technology vendors.
6. Ensure that project results meet established requirements and comply with quality standards, deadlines, and budget for each initiative.

Basic Requirements:

Education and technical requirements:

- Industrial or telecommunications engineer
- Ability to interact and establish relationships with functional areas of plant operations and suppliers
- Experience and knowledge of business processes is desirable.

Experience: 1 – 4 years of experience participating in projects of implementation/integration of technological solutions in the industrial sector

Languages:

- Proficiency in Spanish
- Proficiency in English
