About Diagnocat

Diagnocat is a general leader in AI-powered dental technology, revolutionizing how dental professionals diagnose, plan treatments, and communicate with patients. Founded in 2017 by Dr. Alex Sanders — a prosthodontist who brings over 23 years of experience in the dental field and business education from Harvard — Diagnocat is powered by a simple yet profound mission: to make dentistry error-free, one scan at a time.

Our cloud platform uses AI to analyze 2D and 3D dental images — intraoral X-rays, panoramic X-rays (OPGs), and CBCT scans — producing diagnostic reports on over 60 conditions and anatomical structures in 3D and 40+ in 2D, and converting CBCT data into 3D STL models for treatment planning.

Today, Diagnocat is an award-winning solution — recognized with the 2024 Cuspies award for Best New Imaging Product — operating in over 50 countries, with more than 10 million teeth screened worldwide.

As we continue our rapid expansion across Spain, we’re looking for a bilingual Junior Sales Manager to help drive our growth and shape the future of AI in dentistry.

What You'll Do

- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and prospects.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure the successful adoption of Diagnocat solutions.
- Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline and manage opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM.

- Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Work closely with the Country Manager Iberia & Italy to execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Represent Diagnocat at exhibitions, conferences, study clubs, and industry events to generate new business opportunities and strengthen brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and developments in digital dentistry, AI technologies, and digital workflows.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Fluent in Spanish and English, with confidence using both languages daily in calls, meetings, emails, and training sessions.
- Proven experience in territory management, business development, or sales within the dental, healthcare, medical device, software, or technology sectors.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- A track record of generating new business and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives working independently in a field-based role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Willingness to travel throughout Spain, Portugal, and Italy, including overnight stays when required.
