The role We are looking for a

Project Manager

to support the financial and administrative management of national and international projects and coordinate key compliance processes within the organization. This role is adecuado for a professional with

2–3 years of experience in administration, finance, or compliance , who enjoys working in a dynamic innovation ecosystem and contributing to impactful collaborative initiatives. Key responsibilities Monitor the

financial execution of national and international projects , including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting. Prepare

financial documentation and project justifications





for funding authorities. Support the preparation of

project proposals, budgets, and reports . Coordinate the organization’s

compliance framework , including GDPR, occupational risk prevention (PRL), and administrative obligations. Contribute to

internal process improvements

and operational efficiency. Requirements Degree in

Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields . 2–3 years of experience

in administration, finance, or compliance roles. Knowledge of

public funding frameworks (national or European)

is a plus. Fluent Catalan, Spanish, and English . Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities. What we offer Opportunity to work in a
