Our client is a growing surgical technology company is looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist to support the continued adoption of its robotic surgery platform across Catalunya.

This is a highly clinical, hands-on position working directly with surgeons, operating theatre teams and hospital stakeholders. You will support procedures, deliver training and help clinical teams confidently integrate robotic surgery into their existing workflows.

You will:

Provide clinical and technical support during robotic surgical procedures

Deliver training to surgeons, nurses and operating theatre teams

Support new system installations and hospital implementation programmes

Help clinical teams develop confidence using the robotic surgery platform

Work closely with the commercial team to support customer adoption

Build strong relationships with surgeons and key hospital stakeholders

Gather clinical feedback and communicate insights to the wider organisation

Support product demonstrations, evaluations and workshops

Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues during procedures

Travel regularly across Catalunya to support customers and cases

Your background





We are interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Surgical robotics

Laparoscopic or minimally invasive surgery

Urology, gynaecology or general surgery

Clinical applications

Clinical specialist positions

Operating theatre support

Surgical capital equipment

Medical imaging or navigation technologies

You should be comfortable working inside the operating theatre, communicating with senior surgeons and supporting procedures within a fast-moving clinical environment.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Catalan would be highly advantageous.
