From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development,
manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as
Legal InternAs a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to a wide range of legal matters within a leading FMCG company. Working alongside the Legal team, you will support corporate, intelectual property or compliance-related projects, contributing to key business decisions while developing a solid understanding of the legal challenges of an international industrial environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Support in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts related to the company’s business activities, including supply, distribution, procurement, logistics and service agreements.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to different business areas, partnering closely with departments such as Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources.
- Assist in corporate and commercial legal matters, including corporate governance, powers of attorney and regular corporate housekeeping.
- Support legal due diligence processes and the preparation of documentation related to corporate transactions, acquisitions and business development projects.
- Collaborate in the management and protection of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights and brand-related matters.
- Perform legal research and prepare reports on relevant regulatory developments affecting the FMCG industry.
- Assist in the management of pre-litigation matters and coordinate with external law firms on ongoing disputes and legal proceedings.
Minimium Requirements:
- Degree in Law or Dobles Degree as Business Administration & Law; Economic & Law or similar.
- Master Degree in Legal Advice or similar is a plus.
- High level of english (B2/C1 at least)
