Experteer Overview
In this role you drive continuous improvement and transformation of commercial end-to-end processes across EurAsia. You will identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and standardize procedures to boost speed and quality. You will lead automation initiatives, including AI-enabled use cases, to scale operations and support cross-functional collaboration. Change management and benefits tracking are key to realizing measurable improvements. The position aligns with Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the commercial process transformation and continuous improvement agenda
• Assess end-to-end commercial workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Redesign and standardize processes, procedures, and ways of working
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and future-state documentation
• Identify, prioritize, and support automation opportunities including AI-enabled use cases




• Partner across functions to deliver cross-functional process improvements
• Lead change management activities to support adoption of new processes and operating models
• Track and report benefits realization from transformation initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in process improvement, transformation, operational excellence, or business process design
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial operations and end-to-end process design
• Experience with automation, workflow tools, or AI-enabled business solutions is an advantage
