Experteer Overview
In this role you own the end-to-end Marketing Automation strategy in Marketo, driving SQL generation and sales opportunity support. You design and optimize lifecycle communications across email and omnichannel channels to deliver relevant, business-aligned journeys. You act as strategic driver for targeting, segmentation, personalization, attribution, and performance, collaborating with IT, Data, and the Marketo Application Manager. You will mentor a Junior Marketing Automation Manager and contribute to the development of our Digital team in a global finance context. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise-scale marketing in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Marketing Automation with enterprise-scale Marketo experience
• Strong in B2B email marketing, lifecycle communications, omnichannel orchestration
• Deep Marketo knowledge: architecture, scoring, lifecycle management, attribution, governance
• Analytical with ability to connect Marketo data to Google Data Studio dashboards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; strong stakeholder management
