In this Sales Support Executive role within Go To Market, you will deliver operational, technical, and commercial assistance to B2B partners across HolidayTaxis and HBX Transfers. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and delivery of strategic initiatives like migrations and API integrations. You’ll support onboarding, data integrity, and continuous improvement, acting as the bridge between sales, product, and operations. This is a fast-paced, global environment where you help partners succeed and scale together.

• Support Account Managers in managing existing and new B2B partner accounts
• Coordinate client onboarding, account setup, and system configuration
• Manage booking-related updates, amendments, disruptions, and agent enquiries with clear stakeholder communication
• Serve as the main contact for sales support queries across Operations and Customer Service
• Support client migrations, integrations, and adoption of HBX Transfers solutions
• Maintain accurate system data and cross-platform consistency
• Identify recurring issues and propose process and service improvements
• Provide first-line support for API partners,



investigating integration and connectivity issues
• Assist testing for new integrations, enhancements, and system migrations
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve client issues end-to-end

Responsabilidades
• Experience in travel industry sales support, account management, operations, or partner support
• Strong understanding of B2B client relationships and service delivery
• Experience with APIs, connectivity solutions, or travel technology platforms is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with CRM systems
• Experience working across functions in an international business environment is desirable
