Lexroom.ai is expanding its Barcelona presence and seeking a founding Sales Leader to build and lead the local office. You will recruit Italian-speaking AEs, design ramp plans, and own end-to-end SMB outbound revenue with ambitious ARR targets.
You’ll partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to maximize pipeline and conversions while shaping the team culture in a high-velocity, transactional SaaS environment. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with Spanish proficiency a plus.
