About Your Role
Scope has vacancies for 2 casuals team members to provide augmentation support to our Customer Enquiry Administration team. This is a great opportunity to learn about a different area at Scope.
The shifts, when required, will be all day shifts, with any additional training provided to successful appointees. The roles respond to inbound telephone enquiries so sound customer service, telephone communication skills, PC and organizational skills are advantageous, as well as reliability.
We don't need you to know the role, just that you possess a willingness and capacity to learn.
Your Key Focus
Some of your duties :
- Providing superior customer service through all available service channels (phone, web, email) within agreed SLA’s
- Collecting and maintaining correct customer data/records
- Qualify and capture leads and support with pipeline monitoring
- Provide accurate and timely information to help internal/external stakeholders and customers with ‘way-finding’ and ‘decision-making’
- Reporting on customer service KPIs
- Reporting on customer insights
- Maximise on the potential to nurture and convert leads, and therefore contributing to Scope’s organic growth targets
What We Look For
- Strong inbound customer service or similar front of house experience
- Experience working in a services, healthcare or in disability services is preferred
