- Instruction and support of commis and trainees
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines and hygiene regulations
- Active participation in themed buffets and culinary events

Voraussetzungen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Chef de Partie
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst




- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Organisationsstärke zeichnen dich aus
- Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und ein ausgeprägtes Hygienebewusstsein
- Du verfügst über Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse, Spanisch ist von Vorteil
- You have completed vocational training as a Chef
- You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience as Chef de Partie
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
- Teamwork, resilience, and organizational skills are among your strengths
- You have high quality standards and strong awareness of hygiene
- You have German or English language skills, Spanish is an advantage
