About the role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join us on a 15-month fixed term contract covering parental leave and leading our customer lifecycle marketing and CRM function across the VetPartners network.
Reporting to the General Manager CRM & Loyalty, and working closely with Support Office, Operations, Marketing and Clinic teams, you will use your skills and experience to map journeys, segment audiences, and build, deploy, automate, optimise and report on lifecycle programs across all our veterinary services.
In the initial phase of the role,



you will work hand in hand with the existing Marketing Manager on the rollout and transition from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Marketing Cloud Next. This will ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer, before you continue to lead business-as-usual lifecycle marketing for the remainder of the contract term.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the rollout and transition from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Marketing Cloud Next, including platform testing and journey migration coordinating with IT, vendors and marketing stakeholders
- Leading the delivery of end-to-end lifecycle comms program, including build, quality assurance, deployment, reporting and optimisation
- Working with clinic teams to guide our customers and ensure they are getting the most out of their vet relationship, with a focus on great client experience, frequency of visits and retention through triggered communications and medically relevant offers
