Trade Marketing Lead – Southern Europe
This role leads the Trade Marketing strategy for Southern Europe, with full end‑to‑end ownership from strategy definition to execution.
The position has a direct impact on business results and is responsible for brand positioning, portfolio commercialization, and effective execution through distributors and agencies across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Responsibilities
- Owns and executes the regional Trade Marketing plan, translating general strategy into actionable local initiatives.
- Leads go‑to‑market activities to drive brand visibility, sell‑in and sell‑out across all key channels.
- Manages and challenge distributors to ensure high‑quality, consistent execution in each market.
- Leads agencies as an extension of the internal team, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery.
- Drives trade activations (online & offline), including campaigns, launches, promotions, materials and channel visibility.
- Defines and executes events and training initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Owns the Trade Marketing budget, allocates resources strategically and ensures measurable ROI.
