- Develop and execute account growth plans for assigned clients
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across the portfolio
- Support client onboarding, activation, and retention
- Identify and implement commercial growth opportunities
- Monitor performance using CRM and BI tools




- Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experienceResponsabilidades
- 3+ years' experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience managing multiple clients and priorities
- Knowledge of travel distribution, travel technology, or B2B environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools
- Understanding of APIs and technical integrations is desirable
