Experteer Overview In this role, you will help build and scale a brand-new Data Engineering team and drive Agile transformation across international projects. You collaborate with a cross-functional group to deliver high-value data solutions while promoting Agile maturity and collaboration. You’ll facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and maintain stakeholder communication to keep initiatives on track. This position offers a chance to shape a data engineering capability within healthcare, supporting multiple internal products and stakeholders. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster self-organization within the new Data Engineering team
- Support stakeholder communication, initiative tracking and team health
- Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile best practices
- Coordinate across multiple projects and act as a change agent for Agile transformation




- Collaborate with distributed international teams and manage cross-project dependenciesResponsabilidades
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT development environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools
- Fluent English and ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teamsRequisitos principales
